Tengu, The Wind Spirit

Leve como uma brisa e sábio como o carvalho.

O tengu é originalmente um "duende" das florestas, sagaz e cruel.

Algumas vezes representado com cabeça de corvo e com asas, o tengu representa a sabedoria da natureza, daí sua "crueldade" pois na natureza a vida é dura, mas ela lhe proverá com tudo!

Batismo.

Hoje meu irmão me ofereceu um batismo...

As hard as a earth demon could be is my brother...

In his own fashion he is a conviction juggernaut. But so his strong belives make him hard to live... hard headed and "hard nosed" you can't decieve nor divert.

As a metal he seems to reflect and sting...

*This mask has a layer of green fluorecent paint, so under UV light (Luz negra) the cracks in the upper bronw paint layer glow, as in that picture.

Loki, the Shining King

This is Loki, the Shining King!

As legend said, he is half a god, half a man... The "funniest" side of heracles would he say!

Rulling mercyfull, his smile conquering the ladies and his blink frigthening the brutes. A perfect hero of cape and spade!

Inspired in a friend of mine, Boka, af if it been his mythical self. Charismatic and fun, ready to help and share, but in times unpredictible.

Ao-Oni, The guardian.

Ao-Oni é o espírito* azul que guarda os portões do inferno.

Ele é o guardião da vida e busca manter os demônios dentro e os vivos fora destes portões.

A expressão espírito é uzada por ser a mais próxima do original "kami": Expressão japonesa que simboliza uma porção de seres sobrenaturais, englobando tanto espíritos neutros, deuses (espíritos de natureza benéfica), demônios (espíritos de natureza maléfica).

Esta máscara foi a primeira que fiz. Tenho muito carinho por ela!
